We communicate with you each step of the way, before arrival, during transportation and upon arrival at the new location.

Our movers take meal breaks of 30 min or 60 min.
1.Services to be Provided: Mover agrees to provide moving services to Customer, which includes packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and unpacking the Customer’s personal property, as described in the attached inventory list.
2. Moving Date and Time: The moving date and time shall be on [Date] at [Time]. Mover agrees to arrive at the Customer’s current residence on the date and time specified in this Contract. Customer agrees to provide access to the current residence and destination residence at the agreed-upon time.
3. Payment Terms: Customer agrees to pay Mover the total amount of [Amount] for the moving services provided. The payment shall be made in full at the time of the delivery of the Customer’s personal property to the destination residence or location(s). Payment may be made by cash, or credit card. If payment is in form of check, it must be verify on day off.
4. Liability and Insurance: Mover agrees to exercise reasonable care in the transportation and handling of the Customer’s personal property. Mover shall not be liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond Mover’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, and labor disputes. Apollo Moving company is insured for liability and damage coverage at 60 cents per pound.
5. Customer Responsibilities: Customer shall provide Mover with a complete and accurate inventory of personal property to be moved. Customer shall notify Mover in writing of any changes to the inventory. Customer shall prepare and pack all fragile and breakable items to prevent damage during transport. Customer shall be present during loading and unloading of the personal property. If customer is unable
to provide a list of items, then pictures and or video will be required.
6.Cancellation: Customer may cancel this Contract at any time prior to the moving date by providing a phone call or email notice to Mover. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the moving date, the Customer will be charged a cancellation fee of [$250].
Rescheduling: We allow a one time courtesy you may request to reschedule your move by calling 48 hours prior to your move.
Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and Mover and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. This Contract may not be modified except in writing and signed by both parties.
Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State]. CA
